Most projects we take on use more than one of our services. A typical component might start as a machined prototype, move into repeat production on our CNC milling or CNC turning centres, pick up anodising or heat treatment through our approved finishing network, and end up on scheduled call-off through our stockholding service. One supplier, one point of contact, one quality system covering the whole chain.
Our material range is a genuine differentiator. Alongside aluminium, stainless steel, brass and engineering plastics, we machine the exotic super alloys most UK subcontract shops turn away: Inconel, Hastelloy, titanium, super duplex and Nitronic 50.
Every part is produced under our ISO 9001 certified quality management system, inspected in a temperature-controlled department with CMM verification, and supplied with a Certificate of Conformity and full material traceability.
