Milling
Clarent Precision has a range of high performance CNC machining centres which can quickly and accurately produce batch sizes of 1 offs through to 1000 off. Our three and four axis machines allow us to machine anything from basic 2D designs through to complex 3D profiles. We have full CadCam facilities which allow us to accurately interrogate models ensuring that all sizes and measurements are correct to customers specification. Using simulations we can provide accurate prices and lead times. Clarent Precision can machine all types of material including plastics, Aluminium, Brass, all types of Stainless Steel, and super alloys such as Inconel, Titanium, Nitronic 50 and SuperDuplex. We can machine sizes up to 762mm X 406mm X 508mm

Turning
Clarent Precision has a range of high performance CNC Lathes which can quickly and accurately produce batch sizes of 1 offs through to 10000 off. Our lathes have live tooling which allows us to complete milling operations without the need for additional setup. This reduces lead times and cost. We have full CadCam facilities which allow us to accurately interrogate models ensuring that all sizes and measurements are correct to specification. Using simulations we can provide accurate prices and lead times. Clarent Precision can machine all types of material including plastics, Aluminium, Brass, all types of Stainless Stee and super alloys such as Inconel, Titanium, Nitronic 50 and SuperDuplex. We can machine sizes up to Ø279mm X 413mm

Wire Erosion

Stockholding
Clarent Precision offers the facility for clients to order batches of components or assemblies that can be called off over a period of time. This allows us to reduce the overall cost of the parts while reducing cash flow pressures and inventory for our clients. This also offers the benefit of always having access to emergency stock in the event of any unforseen orders.
Assembly Work
Clarent Precision offers an assembly service which can include;
An initial consultation with designers (if required) to discuss material selection, economical product design to reduce machining time, any finishing treatments which maybe required, machining methods and troubleshooting any potential problems.
We can externally procure additional non machined parts such as adhesives, bearings, seals and motors which maybe required for the final build,
We can carry out a full assembly of the product if requested. This has the benefit of freeing up time for the client as they will receive the products already assembled. This also means that we can identify any problems encountered during assembly and offer and implement a solution so when the client receives the final product it will be correct to design brief.
We can provide prototype parts which can include a report outlining any issues that have arisen during manufacture or with the final product.
