Clarent Precision machines the full spectrum of engineering metals, alloys and plastics. From everyday aluminium and stainless steel through to exotic super alloys like Inconel, Titanium and Hastelloy C276, our facility in Leighton Buzzard is equipped to handle materials that most UK sub-contract machinists simply will not take on.

Standard Metals

Aluminium Lightweight, excellent machinability. Grades include 6082, 6061, 7075. → Stainless Steel Corrosion resistant and hygienic. 316, 304, 303, 17-4 PH and duplex grades. → Brass Free-cutting with excellent machinability. CZ121, CZ108, C360. → Plastics Engineering polymers including PEEK, Delrin, Nylon, PTFE and polycarbonate. →

Super Alloy Specialists

Deep expertise in machining the materials others can't

Titanium Exceptional strength-to-weight ratio. Aerospace and medical grade. → Inconel Extreme heat resistance. Maintains strength above 700°C. Grades 625, 718. → Hastelloy Superior chemical and corrosion resistance. C276, C22, B2 grades. → Super Duplex Twice the strength of standard austenitic stainless. Offshore and subsea. → Nitronic 50 Twice the strength of 316 SS. Non-magnetic with excellent galling resistance. →
